I spoke with a very nice lady at Johnsonville, and she assured me that the Chicken 3 cheese sausage is gluten free.  She said the only sausage that is not gluten free that they make is the Beer Brats.  This is good news for me. I tried the Chicken 3 cheese and it is delicious.
