Hi everyone

How about non-fat/regular frozen yogurt such as at Dairy Queen. Does
it have less lactose in it? I have been reading that it depends on how
much lactose you might have in a day. A person should be able to have
some. I have been having some problems with dairy products so have been
staying away but have recently been told (family members) that yogurt
has its own "help" enzymes and you should be able to eat it without a
problem. Does anyone know if this holds true? Thanks.
