The Triad Celiac Support Group will meet as Parkway Chapel Fellowship
Hall, 2651 Buchanan Street, to hear Dick Joyce, president of the NC
Restaurant Association, and Ed Delaney from Atlanta, Ga, who works with
restaurants and has a 3 yr. old daughter with Celiac Disease and Joe
Roselli, caterer for the meal dialogue about gluten free dining.
Meal: Roast Beef, vegetable salad/vegetable, crustless cheese cake,
