Wheat-Free Recipes & Menus by Carol Fenster ISBN 1-57502-049-1  1995
has a Chocolate Wafer cookie on pg. 112 that could probably be a good
substitute for Oreos. My opinion is that it would need the frosting. I
did not use a cookie stamp, but suspect it might work to make a pattern.
An important reminder is that there are a few recipes with oats,
amaranth, quinoa in this book.
