My girlfriend makes this and it is delicious on a hot day.  Some may have
hot days at this time of year so enjoy.

Mid-summer Madness

2 c. Apricot Brandy (don't know if GF, could try making it with the Amaretto
recipe just using apricot flavor??)
1 c. Vodka
1 48 oz. can pineapple juice.
1 48 oz. can apricot nectar juice
1 16 oz. can frozen orange juice
1 16 oz. can frozen lemonade

Mix together in a large container.  To freeze make sure you put it in a jar
that a spoon can fit into.  (My girlfriend made it the first time without
doing this and when she went to serve drinks, couldn't get any out of the
bottle without melting it)

Serve 2 parts slush to 1 part 7-up or ginger ale or soda water.
