I'm finally surrendered to not being able to eat hardly anything that I
don't prepare for myself!  I think many others have also reached this
conclusion.  My question is about spices from Whole Foods. I know they are
supposed to be GF, but I was just wondering if anyone has problems with
their spices.  I am sensitive to canola oil and found out that when they
list "olive oil" as an ingredient, they mean olive oil + canola.

Another gripe.  Did anyone listen to the People's Pharmacy about Health
Food Junkies?  I get plenty of comments from people that I am overly
cautious with my diet, and now there is a label for someone like me!  I
called the message line for the People's Pharmacy and left a message.  I
don't know what I would do if I didn't know that others are dealing with
similar problems - thanks everyone!
