In Germany, there is a symbol on food packages that indicates if a food is
gluten-free. Does anyone know what they mean by gluten-free? Is it less than
a certain number of parts per million? Does it mean the product was
manufactured in a gluten-free facility?
(I'm hoping for the latter)
