Hi Everyone,

One of my group members is GFCF and recently became aware of a cool whip like substitute called Kineret Whipped Topping.  It is a dry product much like Dream Whip and is kosher for passover.
She has been unable to find this product on any store shelves and has not been successful in finding out where she might purchase it.

Has anyone in the northern Illinois area seen or purchased this product?  If so, where?

Also, does anyone have any other suggestions for a GFCF substitute for cool whip?

Any help that you can give would be greatly appreciated.
