Can anyone help me with these questions please?

Is there any connection between CD and oral Lichen Plunus? Has anyone found a treatment that cures/ relieves this complaint?

 Also....... should anyone still be having mouth ulcers 18 months after being diagnosed with CD when they stick to a strict gluten free diet?
