I am to take some Four Bean Flour mix to a friend who plans to make Yorkshire Pudding for me tomorrow. Does it need to have xanthum gum mixed in? I usually do when I substitute the FBFmix in my wheat-based recipes for cookies, cakes, etc. Anyone tried using it for this? Nancy in So. Oregon
