Hi Folks,  Well there was a message on the list that said Centrum Silver
was not GF.  Well I call the co. again today and they assured me that it
is.  Sooo,  I don't know who someone talked to that said it wasn't but
if they will try again and find someone who says it isn't, let me know
because I'm taking it and have been for several months now.  I am not
super sensitive as some are so it is hard for me to tell when I get
trace amounts. The # on the bottle for product information is 1 800 282
