i am having trouble and dont know why.  i am only eating fresh foods. i do use lundberg brown rice 
and bertolli olive oil,  anyone have a problem with either of those?  i have been using them for a long 
time.  maybe something changed?   i tried some helios kefir last week and it didnt work out, but i 
would think it would be out of my system by now.  frustrating,  thanks, harriet
