I hope everyone on this list will send this information about this book to
everyone else and they respond directly to the authors and the publisher. I
did and sent the following:

Dear Uniformed Public:

Do you know that some medical researchers have found at least 1 in 133 have
celiac disease? You might have your wish come true!
Used to be when a consumer disagreed with an item on the market they would
tell 10 of their friends. Now we can tell millions through the internet. We
are. We of the celiac "gluten intolerant" community are telling everyone we
know. Don't buy this book, don't buy from this author, don't buy from this
publisher.

Maybe next time when you wish to harass a group of people in the name of
humor, you will choose a less outspoken one.

Completely sincere,

A celiac disease sufferer
