I'm not sure if this advice will be appropriate for your daughter who
has a problem with constipation, hypoglycemia, gluten, and food allergies.
I have gluten intolerance which is made worse by hypoglycemia (when I
eat too much fruit or carbohydrate items) and food allergies (tomatoes
and eggs mostly). But one thing I don't have is constipation. I
attribute this to the amount of lettuce I eat everyday. At least
two salads a day.
