I've always how/why there could be "controversial" grains-- either they
have the offending molecules or not! I wish all the groups were on the
same page regarding grain classification.

Even the "oat issue" is now centering upon the thought that because
farmers rotate their crops, it is difficult to get non-contaminated
oats.
