How do you mean that Ken?

I thought the Chinese had received help from the Russians rather than the
Americans, and that most of the US rocket design came from Werner von Braun
(the nazi scientist who built the V2 rockets for Hitler, and was responsible
for many deaths in the concentration camp attached to his production
facility).
