Jan,

Instead of "drawing things" have you tried "making things"?  How would
laying out your angles and shapes in straws or clay work?  How about
drawing things REALLY big on poster paper so you can use you whole
arm and avoid fine motor stuff?

Does the strabismus improve if you're further away?  Have you tried
drawing on an overhead projector and watching what you draw come up
on "screen" and not on the "paper"?
