Thanks, Carla.  I'll check it out.  Unfortunately, my cardiologist gave me a
stern warning about taking "elemental" supplements without his approval
because of their effect of my tachycardia.  I'll ask him about it.  Thanks.

Hi Kyle,

  Check my site - I was diagnosed with fibro in 1996. Check under
Publications
and read article I wrote.

  A "trigger point" exam is done by a rheumatologist. A physiatrist also can
determine if one fits the fibro profile. One must have 11-13 active trigger
points (there are 18 in total). I had all 18 active at time of examination
and
diagnosis by my rehab doc. Oh joy. Magnesium helps a great deal with fibro
crap.
