Hi,

  I didn't use cat's claw. I used Devil's Claw. On the box it says it takes 20
weeks of consistent use for any appreciable difference re: range of motion
improvement and reduction of inflammation. I should think the same would be
true for cat's claw. Keep on with it. Start taking straight magnesium at night,
as well as the cal-mag in the morning. You will notice a big difference.
