I have a baclofen pump. It helps my lower body nicely.  I hear that botox can quit working after awhile. I've had my pump for two years and am still under 500 micrograms.  every few months at first, you need to keep adjusting your dose. my last refill i was told to lose some weight because the refilling procedure is harder when the needle has to penetrate more layers.

Where do you have pain and spasticity? if your hips are painful, it may be time for xrays as i suffered too long with hip and leg pain!

Has anybody had any of these procedures? If so, what are the pros and cons
with each? Does anyone recommend either one of them?
Rachel
