His head's in the clouds. Apparently, they filmed the special a number of
months ago and he's been looking for it ever since.  They don' t mention him
by name though.
The inspections are done as part of the routine maintence on the rocket
boosters when they come back after lift offs.
He works in quality assurance and that's what they do all day, make sure the
contractor work is up to the specs provided.
