the execs have got to be fired! and they should pay back the millions they got. this is what happens when greed goes unchecked. I'd like to actually charge them with treason.

Actually if the IRS were to consider this ordinary income which I hope 
it would, the rate would be more like 42% and that would make it 
$178,500 to the feds in income taxes and $246,500 left - assuming of 
course your state and local govts don't take out any more taxes.  Also, 
I'd bet a large portion of the population wouldn't see a penny of this - 
those who are in prision, those who owe back taxes etc etc.  I prefer to 
shore up the banks and not pay a single penny to the executives.
