With some of those $5.00 ISPs for customer service you have to call a 900
number. When I got ny IBM, I had a year free internet service and I kept having
problems with that service.  Is it true some cheap ISPs won't allow
attachments?  One friend said she never got a couple pictures because her ISP won't allow
for her service package.
