Hi Joy,

When you open the .exe file, then the virus infects your computer. Otherwise
it is just an attachment as I understand it. It just sits there. So the best
thing to do is to delete it if you ever see it. The Happy 99 virus has been
around a few times. I have gotten it on quite a few lists.
