I had to speak up on this!  Georgia is the most backward state in the union
when it comes to people with ANY type of disability!!  I lived there (not by
choice) during my jr. high to college years.  I thank God I had a mild
enough case of CP not to need services from that state.  In the small town
where I lived, they kept their disabled people hidden at home no matter how
slight or major the problem.

Sorry to rant and rave - it just slipped out!

p.s.  thanks for explaining why I jump all the time - I never knew about
Sensitive startle reflex.
