John's got a great shirt something like this
"Rugby, 79th minute, down by 4, shin splints, dislocated thumb, shredded
ears, cracked ribs, reconstructed ACL, dislocated shoulder, one person to
beat, give me the ball!!!"
He's an old rugby player with the bad knees to show for it.  Hope your sons
doing better.

Hi Trish,

My daughter (Rachel), has just started at University (3 weeks ago) doing
Graphic Design BA, so me and Lin have only got Tom at home now. Mind you
he's
doing his best to keep us busy - got rushed to hospital A&E by Air Ambulance
week last Sunday - got concussed playing Rugby. (he's fine).
