Carla, it's very elegant!

Yes, I always let the plax stay in my mouth, then I spit so that I can brush
with it.
And I too take 5 minutes to brush.

I got new heads for my sonicare but it's not working. So for the time being I
got a 6.00 spin brush, (battery run) does sonicare repair ??
