Have you thought about going into consultant in your field or line of
work?  I find that it is much easier that way.  I do consult from time to
time and from word of mouth, my clients call me when they need help.  It's
very fulfilling when they realize that I'm disable.  In some ways, it has
open many doors for both of us.

I don't work alone.  I have a guy who gives public presentation to the
client.  It works out well.
