Kendall,

That's a great idea, and certainly something I would want to be a  
part of.  I, too, am starting to feel the effects of aging having  
CP.  Of course, I attribute much of my issues to not exercising the  
past two and a half years (something about getting pregnant and now  
having a toddler leaving no time for exercise - of the formal kind  
anyway!)  For me, biggest issues are balance and strength.  I avoid  
steps and curbs completely now as I will fall more often than not if  
nothing is there to hold on to.  Thank God ADA has made ramps pretty  
mainstream or I would be in trouble.
