I agree David. Concievably a very clumsy person could be diagnosed as brain
injured (which they probably are) and be labeled, by since the labelling is
done by a physician under the guise of a medical diagnosis, it's all ok
because he was labelled by the person with "correct" credentials, an M.D. How
many real M.D.'s know that much about CP or alcoholism for that matter.
