I'll have Janet do a quick video and post it somewhere and send a link, as
the description makes it sound more difficult than it actually is.

I cross my leg at the ankle over my knee, bend down and grab one end of the
shoelace in my teeth to pull it tight, do the crossover, make the bow,
("bunny ears") and grab again with my teeth on one bow to pull it tight.  I
use shoe laces that are a little longer than usual so that I can grab them
easier.
