UCP had a mentoring program for young adults in the early 90's, The one in
Oakland was closed in 93 due to the need to spend more money on football
fundraisers than the people we tried to help. Also UCP natl. deemed us a low
progress site.  I don't know if they tried it elsewhere (other than Philly,
Oakland and ? which wre the trial sites.)
