Turned out to be more of a Socialist non-paradise than a Jewish utopia.  I
THINK it was a late Lenin program, or very early Stalin, and the Jews proved
to be more interested in being Jewish and insufficiently socialist for the
Soviets' taste.

Others probably know more; I certainly hope so.
