use ...Hot water ...low psi ..and roto tip...then call me in the morning 

what sometimes is left are the residual of algaes-test  bio wash and scrub 
metal bleed through -  test iron ferrous remover,dwell time and scrub 
a good result is 80% clean and up   granite facing the sky with letters and 
under trees are the worse ; letters act as pockets to trap water and discolor 
the stone ;
don't expect too much from these as in a week they will be back looking 
almost the same Py
