Subject: [BP] crane vs. hoist


The thing that runs up the side of a building with an interior elevator
is a hoist, right?  Not a crane?  But the thing that fell over was a
crane, just one of those ones that was attached to the side of the
building, with no interior elevator.  And thus not a hoist, even though
it sort of  looks like one, right?
