Yes I would get Jim Hicks to do the entire thing soup to nuts, and I am sure it would be an exquisite job, and also I could probably have him diagnose the mysterious problem with the top sash in the living room, but I am not nearly as rich as I was 12 years ago when he did such a superlative job on ten other windows, plus this is only some diddly two-window project, and probably beneath him.
9. Please put on your own oxygen mask before helping your ungrateful children, and anyway they are much easier to handle when they are unconscious.
Upside: painter will not goo up kitchen with stripped paint; a better job may follow; i can do this in advance so less chance delaying completion of job
Downside: flu season this year looks pretty bad
