The mint julep would be even better when consumed in the cool embrace of
Central Air.  That's why some of us are goddam glad to have had the foresight
to have fallen in live with houses with hot air heat--retrofitted with
a/c--(and without cousin Estelle, et al. instead of (year-round) steam.
