Here In NYC we call them terra-cotta block-
& find them to be a real pain-
not the most forgiving product especially when it comes time
to cut a new doorway into them-
for the most part block partitions are becoming very rare &
the only places I expect to see them are @ corridor walls &
elevator shafts.
