Heck, along with the calendar we can charge to teach people how to spit.

When to do it, when not to do it. Proper form and posture. Volume vs. 
distance. Public vs. private, urban vs. domestic. Historic applications 
of vernacular expression. We could make it like a Preservation Brief.
