This is a 2 meter transceiver which I have had for quite some while.  I put the thing back on stream last evening but am having
trouble programming it.  I need to know how to set the repeater offset as well as dialing in the PL.  Also need a refresher as to
the buttons across the bottom.  Finally I need to know how to commit channel data to memory.  TIA
