one other possibility might be either grounding the supply or putting it on a different circuit from
the offended device if that is possible.

I've had that problem with 2 meters and computer speakers in the past, some
times moving coax or antenna just a matter of 1/4 of an inch can make all
the difference honestly, I do the same to my computer speakers now and then
with my packet station with the antenna in the attic but if I move the coax
just a tiny bit, it goes away. I'm having the same problem with my HF
equipment lately too and that I can't figure out I'll have to put chokes on
the cables I guess but first I want to get my internet fixed since it's up
and down, more down then up tonight.
