I think a half wave dipole will work on odd harmonics
So that would be 1, 3, 5 and not 3, 6, 9 
But maybe you are thinking of some other design.

that's because antennas cut to resonance on any band will only resonate on that band plus the 3rd, 6th and 9th harmonic, and so on.
loops and the like will resonate on the second harmonic. don't ask me why, they're weird that way.
