Wondered if anyone is running or using EchoLink on a computer with multiple
sound cards installed as think am having an issue or problem with that for
some reasons all of the sudden since installing Windows 10 and also happened
when had Windows 8.1 installed where EchoLink exits; but, when go to launch
the programs says is already running and needed to use task manager to kill
or close the program.

So didn't know if anyone else had experience this an how got around it as
use my Sound Blaster sound cared as my second audio or sound card choice for
playing audio etc. though and use my onboard RealTech sound card as for my
screen readers only like with Jaws, NVDA and or Window-Eyes.

Noticed on my Windows 8.1 tablet that only uses one sound card that am not
having the problem or issues mentioned.

Thanks.
