I would not like us to totally discourage the posting of off topic traffic 
because among us are some very knowledgable folks who can provide a very 
useful suggestion to a problem when we don't know where else to post it.  At 
the same time, when possible, the person with a suggestion for the question 
or problem should respond directly to the initial posting off group.  The 
disadvantage to doing so is that we will never know the resolution.
