I use that Window-Eyes option, but only in the configuration file associated 
with N1MM+. There are situations where spell mixed case is spelling 
combinations you don't want spelled out.

In Window-eyes and probably in other screenreaders, you can set an option
that spells any word that is a mixture of of letters and digits.  The option
in Window-Eyes is under Screen and Other and is called spell alpha numeric.
