Using Window-Eyes, I can't make any sense out of that table. I ran the W6EL 
program using the grid square they gave on their site, and it says that the 
MUF could get as high as 22 MHz from England to Niue. W6EL Prop is, at 
least, an accessible propagation prediction program.
