I had to do something else before we could get it going which I hope helped
her.  What you have to do once you press the Alt key is to arrow down to the
play menu.  Then you arrow down again to the repeat selection and enter on
it, but it doesn't say if it is on or off.  

Also, on my machine which is Windows 8.1, the program works, but when I go
into Programs and features in my control panel Windows Media Player is not
listed.  I don't know why that is.
