As long as you are content with the way a particular antenna works, then by
all means use it. I will simply state again, that stating that an antenna
works with out a lot more data, is sort of meaningless.
I have been stunned by comments made in a number of recent posts that an SWR
of 4 to 1, 5 to 1, or even 6 to 1 is somehow acceptable. It is not! Many
amps for example, are designed to shut down if they encounter an SWR of more
than 2 to 1, some even when encountering an SWR of 1.5 to 1. Please just be
careful throwing out statements that this or that antenna is working just
because some radio will transmit into it.
Antenna manufacturers go to a lot of trouble and expense designing, then
testing their products on antenna test ranges. If designing antennas was so
simple, then nobody would spend
huge sums proving that their antenna work.

I hope that everyone has a good long weekend, and if possible, play some
radio. I expect to do just that.
