Hi all!

I'm using the very latest update of Jaws 16, but can't seem to get any
results out of research it, which I used to use a lot. 

I know some modules get broken periodically, but being unable to convert
currency exchanges is costing me. Tried calling FS tech support to ask them,
but really got the run-around. I mean first it said my call would be
answered in 1 minute 49 seconds, and I was first in line. After about 3
minutes, was told my call would be answered in 2 minutes and 4 seconds.
After about 3 minutes, was told my call would be answered in 3 minutes 57
seconds, and there was 1 call ahead of me, and was invited to receive a call
back.

After that, I decided further faith in FS wasn't justified so I hung up in
disgust.
