Hi;
Although I'm using a Braille plus and not the stream its really not that 
hard.  The first few times might prove interesting but its a funny thing 
about practice.
I believe you can transfer files and folders with windows explorer.  This is 
much nicer than the older bookport that required you to use their software 
to transfer files.
I know I have a radio folder or two on my Braille plus with manuals, mp3 
files and anything else radio related that I might want someday.
